Alice is a creative, a facilitator and a healer.

One might say she empowers humans to eat what is best for them, learn how to have healthy boundaries and how to live authentically.

One might also say she loves people, as they fulfill their desires and maximize their talents and energy.

So this can mean many things…

Alice is devoted to assisting people as they radically heal their relationship to food and their bodies and uniquely define what health is for them. She inspires those she works with to trust that they have the agency and sovereignty to cultivate what their truth is. Through one on one sessions and group experiences, she has created a community of diverse backgrounds and orientations who desire to feel well in their bodies and enjoy the ride of the human experience.

Alice is also devoted to bringing diversity and equity to the forefront of society. As a member of the consulting collective Joy Channel, she facilitates trainings, creates content, hosts events, and works to create safe and equitable work places while centering joy and creativity.

Alice is also a seasoned performer and teaching artist who is currently sharing her musical wisdom with children in person and online!
